2. Coaching disclaimer
Coaching is not therapy or medical treatment.
It is your responsibility to seek appropriate medical, psychiatric or therapeutic support where necessary.
No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.
3. Digital products
Course purchases provide personal, non-transferable access.
Content may not be copied, shared, reproduced or distributed without permission.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
Pricing is listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
5. Refund policy
Courses
All digital course purchases are fully refundable on request. If at any time you decide the course is not right for you, simply email me at hamish@hamishnoah.com and you will receive a full refund.
Coaching
Coaching payments are non-refundable once sessions have commenced. By booking and attending your first session, you agree to this policy. If you are paying in instalments, all agreed payments remain due unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Community
Community memberships are non-refundable once a billing period has started. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, branding and frameworks (including the DREAM method™), is the intellectual property of Hamish Noah and may not be used without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
Hamish Noah is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, coaching or digital products.
8. Changes to terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any updates.
