About Hamish Noah
I’m a recovery coach who helps people break free from addictive patterns and find their way back after relapse.
My work is rooted in lived experience and influenced by my training in Mindfulness-Based Addiction Recovery (MBAR), an approach developed by my teacher Vimalasara (Chair of Vancouver Buddhist Centre) and Dr Paramabandhu Groves, a former NHS psychiatrist specialising in addictions.
With nearly a decade of coaching experience and three years supporting men through recovery, I now help others move forward faster — not by seeing relapse through a lens of judgement, but by learning from it and continuing with compassion, curiosity and clarity.
